France remains one of the top destinations worldwide for Moroccan students. Linguistic proximity, quality of programmes, variety of institutions, and a rich cultural life make it a natural choice. But accessing a French higher education institution from Morocco involves specific procedures and understanding the different types of schools available.

Campus France Morocco: The Mandatory Gateway

For Moroccan nationals, any application to a French higher education institution must go through the Campus France process. This procedure is carried out on the Études en France (EEF) platform, jointly managed by the Institut Français du Maroc and Campus France. It involves assembling a digital academic file, paying application fees (approximately 1,900 DH in 2025-2026), and generally an interview at the Institut Français.

Audencia Business School (Nantes) — Bachelor in Management

Audencia Business School, based in Nantes, is one of France's AACSB and EQUIS accredited business schools. It offers a 3-year Bachelor in Management, accessible after the baccalaureate via Parcoursup. The programme includes a minimum of 6 months abroad and can extend to up to 20 months of international mobility.

  • Tuition: approximately 10,250 € per year (Parcoursup data — reference year to confirm for 2026-2027)
  • Capacity: 200 places in the first year
  • Admission: via Parcoursup, modest application fee
  • Scholarships accepted: CROUS, Envoléo, Erasmus and internal grants from the first year

It groups several state-recognised private institutions covering diverse fields: management, digital, communication, finance and accountancy. Partner institutions include ISCOM, MBway, Ipac Bachelor Factory, MyDigitalSchool, IHECF and ESICAD.

  • Level: programmes from BAC to BAC+5, accessible from the final year of secondary school
  • Language of instruction: mainly French, some courses in English

Public Universities and Other Grandes Écoles

Beyond private schools, French public universities remain accessible to Moroccan students via Campus France and Parcoursup for the first year of a bachelor's degree. Registration fees are differentiated for non-EU students (approximately 2,770 € for a bachelor's degree in 2025-2026), unless an exemption is granted by the institution. Other business and engineering schools also organise post-bac entrance examinations accessible to international applicants.
