We only collect the data you provide through our online forms.

Contact form

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Message

First consultation form

  • Your project: education level, desired destination, estimated budget, desired timeline.
  • Your contact details: full name, phone/WhatsApp, city, email address (optional).

Our forms are not intended to collect sensitive data within the meaning of Law 09-08. We invite you not to communicate such information in free-text fields.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Contact form: processing your request and responding to you.
  • Consultation form: processing your consultation request and contacting you. Processing is based on your consent where it is collected via the designated checkbox.

Recipients

The ViaOrizon team, for the processing of your request.

No data is sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, at most, for twelve (12) months from the last interaction with ViaOrizon, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.

Data security

ViaOrizon implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

Your rights (Law 09-08)

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right of rectification of your data
  • Right to object to processing, under the conditions provided by law
  • Right to request the deletion of your data, under the conditions provided by law
